CostPlus offers a service day guarantee to ensure your service gets done on the day you originally scheduled. If your order is rescheduled by us for any reason*, we’ll refund $10 of your order back to you as a show of good faith.

Under the following conditions, the CostPlus Service Day Guarantee is not applicable:

  • Inclement weather or act of God.
  • Customer unavailable at Loader arrival time.
  • Customer’s failure to answer pre-call or text notification of Loader en route.
  • Special request services in one of the following categories: Orders with a gross value of over $500. Orders outside of our standard service areas that are booked manually by a CostPlus representative. Non-junk removal services. Customer’s choice to reschedule or cancel service.
